- Prepare of Beef.
- It's of okro.
- You need leaf of ugu.
- You need of prawns.
- You need of pomo.
- Prepare of pepper.
- You need of salt.
- You need of water.
- Prepare of crayfish.
- Prepare of stock fish.
- It's of knorr.

- Wash your meat and pomo properly with salt..
- Add to pot and add onions, pepper, salt and knorr then allow to steam....
- After 5min of steaming, add water to the meat to allow it cook. Allow it cook for atleast 35min as you keep check on the meat texture..
- Wash you ugu leaf and blend with a knife then keep aside, wash okro, blend with a knife and keep aside too.
- Wash your stock fish and add to the meat as it continues to boil.
- Wash prawn and pour into a pot, take out of the meat stock and add to the prawns, allow it cook for 15mins...then pour back into the meat check the meat to make sure it is chewable......
- Add you already grated okro.
- Add ugu leaf and stair the whole mixture properly.
- Added crayfish and allow to cook for 3min then your okro is ready...😉.
