- Add some rice in the dixy to form a layer on surface then add one layer of chicken.. then again add some rice then chicken then again rice on top. It will form a layered biryani..
- Take a piece of coal and heat it on flame for 2-3 minutes. Then Put it in an aluminum paper of mold and spray some oil on it and place it in the dixy on top of rice and cover the dixy with cover..
- Let the rice get steamed and coal smelled for about 10 minutes at low flame..
- After 10 minutes turn of the flame and let biryani as it is for another 10 mins..
- After this open the cover remove coal and the BBQ Biryani is ready to serve and eat..
