  1. It's 200 gm of Maida/all- purpose flour.
  2. You need 50 gm of fresh Malai( cream).
  3. You need 50 gm of Soyabean.
  4. It's 2 of Onions Finely Chopped.
  5. You need To taste of Salt.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Carom seeds.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
  8. You need 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  9. It's 4-5 of Green chilli.
  10. You need 1/2 bowl of Coriander leaves.
  11. You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Dried Mango Powder.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  16. You need 2 pinch of Asafoetida.
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of Whole coriander seeds.
  18. You need 1/2 tsp of Whole Cumin seeds.
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Fennel seeds.

Malai Chaap Samosa instructions

  1. Take Soyabean Soaked in Water for 15 minutes.then squeez Out the Water and put in the grinderjar and grind Roughly..
  2. Take a Bowl add maida,salt-1/2 tsp,Carom Seeds..
  3. Add oil -3 tsp mix Well and make a tight dow.cover with a muslin cloth and rest for 10 minutes.now take whole Spices like Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds and whole coriander seeds..
  4. Take a Pan add seeds and dry roast then roughly crush.take Malai in a Bowl..
  5. Now take a Pan add oil 3 tsp,add Asafoetida 2 pinch,add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and roast.then add chopped onion and roast..
  6. Add chopped green chilli,add roughly crush Soyabean.roast well..
  7. Add all Spices,and roughly crush spices.mix well..
  8. Now add salt,malai.mix well..
  9. Now add coriander leaves.mix well.stuffing is Ready.now take a bowl add 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of water mix Well..
  10. Now take dow and take small portion of the Dow and rolled like Roti with the rolling pin.cuts in two equal halves.take on part apply maida liquid..
  11. Stick well give Samosa shape.fill the stuffing..
  12. Fold like in the picture.samosa is Ready..
  13. Now take a kadai add oil for frying.when oil becomes hot add samosa and fry on Low to Medium Flame.now your very Tasty Delicious Healthy Malai Chaap Samosa is Ready..
