- Heat oil in a huge saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, fowl thighs, and drumsticks; cook and stir till starting to brown, approximately 10 minutes. Add ham, smoked sausages, and fresh sausages. Cook and stir till golden brown, approximately 10 mins.
- Stir rice, tomatoes, pink bell pepper, spring onions, salt, and parsley into the saucepan. Pour in water and upload chook bouillon cubes.
