  1. You need 4-5 of Boiled,peeled and mashed potatoes which can fill 1 Cup.
  2. Prepare 1 Cup of Soaked poha.
  3. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Soaked and roughly crushed soyabeans.
  4. It's 1/4 Cup of Coriander leaves.
  5. You need 1 tsp of lime juice.

  2. In a mixing bowl mix Soaked Poha,crushed soyabeans,mashed potatoes,Coriander leaves,salt,Cumin seeds powder,green chilli paste,ginger paste,roasted peanuts and lemon juice.Mix well all ingredients and knead the dough.Make equal size discs from this dough..
  3. Heat a nonstick tawa,grease with oil,arrange the discs on it and apply oil surrounding each one.Roast on Medium heat on both sides till they become golden brown..
  4. Arrange the Poha Soya cutlets in serving plate along with the salad and Chutney with tomato ketchup..
